Enroll
To enroll your child in the Theodore Roosevelt School Residential Program, the following documents are required:
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
- Health Insurance Card (if your child has never been seen at White River IHA)
- Immunization Card
- Social Security Card
- Court Documents (if applicable)
Important:
