Assessments Administered at TRS
- State Assessment: AZMerit
Each spring, all students at TRS participate in AZMerit, Arizona’s standardized assessment. This test measures students’ proficiency in core subjects such as reading, writing, and mathematics. - NWEA MAP (Measure of Academic Progress)
Students take the NWEA MAP assessments three times a year—fall, winter, and spring. These assessments track academic growth over time, providing valuable insights into each student’s progress and areas for improvement. - Local Assessments
Our highly qualified staff administers additional local assessments throughout the school year. These tests are designed to monitor day-to-day and season-to-season academic progress, ensuring that each student receives the personalized support they need.
